Agronomical engineer transformed into local economic promotion engineer. He was born with hair but he lost it on the way and now shows off his baldness in style. If it wasn’t for him, we would live in a complete anarchy. His personal pantry is a mine full of our wines.

Economist and with his youth in numbers and the stock market, nowadays, he has switched to being head chef at the star restaurant, Cafè Pessets de Sort. One for contrasts: hippie-yuppie, anarchist-capitalist, calm-radical… He is not characterised by his rapid decision making but for what he contributes to the table.
